Oat Bread

This bread has almost as much oats as is does flour, which makes it very satisfying and gives it a bit of a nutty flavor. It has a crunchy crust and a surprisingly fluffy center. 

Serving suggestions: 
Best eaten sliced, with butter. Works well with both sweet and savory toppings such as honey, jam, sausage, or cheese.

Water, wheat flour, rolled oats, yeast, and salt.
