This hard little Italian cookie is traditionally accompanies every cup of coffee. It’s crunchy and sweet, and keeps for a very long time. There are many variations – with almonds, pistachios, or other nuts or dried fruits. 

Serving suggestions: 
Great for dunking in coffee or tea, or just eating plain. But be careful, they can be a little addicting! They make a great snack for kids as well.
